"He has planted moles everywhere, but in DCP we have developed a 'Kasongometer'."
The Democracy for the Citizens Party leader, Rigathi Gachagua, has addressed plans to allegedly allow foreign nationals to participate in the upcoming General Election.
Speaking to Kenyans in the USA on Friday, October 2, Gachagua maintained that it is impossible for non-Kenyans to take part in the vote.
He added that Kenyans themselves will not allow it, and that they would take it upon themselves to block foreigners from accessing the ballot.
"People can easily organise themselves in groups of 10, confirm that they know each other, before going to vote. If they don't know you, you will not vote.
"There are no Ugandans who will vote in Kenya. People will not allow their country to be covered by foreigners," Gachagua reiterated.

The former Deputy President sensationally claimed that President William Ruto has intensified his efforts in dividing the United Opposition. He claimed that President Ruto has planted more moles in the recent past to destabilise the team.
Nonetheless, he stated that he had developed a method to identify the so-called moles early enough and warn other principals about them.
"He has planted moles everywhere to disturb, divide and confuse our people, but in DCP we have developed a 'Kasongometer' to detect these fellows five kilometres ahead," he stated.
Earlier, former UDA Chairman Johnson Muthama set the record straight about his meeting with Wiper Patriotic Front Leader Kalonzo Musyoka.
Muthama said he met Kalonzo on Thursday evening, stating that the discussion focused on a range of national matters, including issues affecting the lives and well-being of Kenyans.
"After a lot of exaggerated stories, I would like to clarify that yesterday evening, I had a consultation with my brother and longtime political friend, Wiper Democratic Front leader Kalonzo Musyoka, on a range of national issues, including matters that touch on the lives and well-being of our people," he wrote.
He said the meeting also provided an opportunity for the two long time political associates to exchange views on the country's current situation.
