He revealed that apart from the planned tour of Kwale County scheduled for Saturday, October 31, the Sifuna-led party will also hold campaigns in Turkana and Western Kenya.

The MP asked the locals to ensure that Sifuna is supported by Linda Mwananchi-elected leaders in other elective seats: governor, senator, MP and Member of County Assembly.

"If you love Sifuna, do not elect an MCA from Ford Kenya or UDA to represent you. How will it be that Sifuna is the president yet the local MCA is from another party? Don't allow that," Wamboka posed.

His sentiments came days after Linda Mwananchi's interim Head of the Presidential Campaigns Secretariat, Pauline Njoroge, announced that, "We have something good for you this Friday. Watch this space!"

Wamboka also launched a charm offensive on Kimilili MP Didmas Barasa, who had come out clearly that he had renounced his support for National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetang'ula.

He urged Barasa to ditch the Broad-based government and join Linda Mwananchi so that he can run for Bungoma County Governor in 2027.

Earlier, Barasa explained his fallout with Wetang'ula stemmed from the Speaker taking political jibes the MP made against his brother and Westlands MP Tim Wanyonyi, as a personal attack on his family.

However, Barasa maintained that the remarks were pure political rhetoric. He added that he still supports President William Ruto's re-election bid in 2027.
