Makueni Governor Prof. Kivutha Kibwana has said that the One Kenya Alliance (OKA) leaders inviting ODM leader Raila Odinga to join them in the coalition, is like a recreation of the National Super Alliance (NASA).

Speaking on Wednesday, Kibwana asked if their invite to the former Prime Minister means the other NASA co-principals, including Musalia Mudavadi, Kalonzo Musyoka and Moses Wetangula cannot stand a second people's swearing ceromony.

"What sense does it make for the OKA trio to exit NASA and then invite BABA to join them in OKA (A reincarnation of NASA ) Alliance? Is this confirmation that Team OKA @MusaliaMudavadi @skmusyoka @Wetangulam cannot withstand an ultimate peoples' swearing ceremony a second time?" tweeted Prof. Kivutha.

The Governor's words come a few days after Wiper party officially announced that it had left the NASA coalition and was joining the One Kenya Alliance.

While addressing the press, Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka declared that they had reached the decision to exit NASA after long deliberations.

"We've had a very useful consultation as wiper democratic movement culminating in our decision to exit NASA and welcome a new formidable coalition. The coalition in my view will be spearheaded by the One Kenya Alliance (OKA).

"We are cognizant of the current political environment. One Kenya Alliance comprises of Wiper, Ford Kenya, ANC, and Kanu, we are open to receive and work with other like-minded political formations," the former Vice President stated.
