Maragua MP Mary Wamaua has claimed that she was roughed up by security men in plain clothes at Kasarani Stadium, Nairobi on Friday.
Wamaua was attending the former Premier Raila Odinga's much-anticipated event when the security men stopped her as she tried to enter the stadium using the VIP entrance.
In the video seen by Nairobileo.co.ke, the Parliamentarian is seen having a confrontation with the security men who tried to calm her.

She lamented over the inhumane treatment in the current capacity as an elected MP inquiring on how things will be once they reach State House.
"If you reach State House, If you reach State House? How will things be? We want individuals who have humbled themselves. I am an elected Member of Parliament who was roughed up like a sack of potatoes. You will meet us..." she warned the security men.
The United Democratic Alliance party member was seen leaving the place, but it was not established whether she left Kasarani or not by the time of going to the press.
Chaos was witnessed temporarily at the VIP dias before security officers managed to restore order.
On November 22, Wamaua accompanying Deputy President William Ruto, stated that she would be working closely with the people of Maragua ahead of the general election.
"My responsibility is to listen to and walk with the people of Maragùa who elected me, especially because I will be coming back next year."
