ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi now says he informed a section of OKA leaders on Deputy President William Ruto's imminent attendance at his National Delegates Conference (NDC) held at the Bomas of Kenya on Sunday.
He dismissed reports that he did not inform them adding that he was not informed that the ODM leader Raila Odinga would be present at their NDC meetings when they invited him.
Mudavadi maintained that every party has its own friends and they should therefore not limit another outfit on who to associate with, or not.

The ANC boss maintained that every Kenyan must enjoy his freedom of association without being coerced otherwise.
"When Kanu invited the ODM leader Raila to their function, they did not tell me. When Wiper invited Raila to their function, we were knowing of it at the tail end. I could not interfere with their invitation list because it was their function," Mudavadi told a local daily.
The former vice president shocked the country on Sunday after the DP graced his event on Sunday.
DP Ruto was apparently invited as the chief guest of the event judging by how the protocol was followed at the function.
It is in the same function that Mudavadi announced that he won't be working with Raila for the August 9, elections.
He, however, revealed a willingness to partner with Ruto in the forthcoming elections.
