Nambale Parliamentary seat aspirant Benard Nandieki has caused a Stir on social media after a video of him at a rally graced by Deputy President William Ruto went viral on social media.
In the video, the MP who is heard selling his agenda to the people, seemingly unintentional, urges residents to vote for Azimio la Umoja movement led by ODM leader Raila Odinga before he quickly realizes the mistake and makes effort to clarify.
"Wakatui huu tunataka mabadiliko. Mimi nataka Kuwa MP wenu. Na kwa vile tunataka Mabadiliko mpigie Azimio... Hapana Mpigie Kenya kwanza, Mpigie Kenya kwanza kura," the aspirant said.
Loosely translates to: "This time we want to change. I want to be your MP. And because we want to change I am asking you your vote Azimio... no.. vote Kenya Kwanza. Vote for Kenya Kwanza Alliance".
