A section of Lang’ata Road near the Nyayo Stadium Roundabout will be closed on Sunday.
The road will be closed from 4:00 am to 2:00 pm.
A statement by the Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) made the announcement.
The authority said they are paving the way to facilitate the erection of the Nyayo roundabout footbridge.

“We wish to inform the public that a section of Lang’ata Road at the Nyayo Stadium Roundabout will experience disruptions.”
Motorists have been implored to use the Aerodrome Road into Uhuru Highway.
The Lang’ata bound traffic will be diverted into the Lang’ata -Nairobi bound lanes.
Further, KeNHA has advised motorists to follow the proposed traffic management plans and cooperate with traffic marshals on site.
“Motorists are further urged to exercise caution and road courtesy for better management of traffic,” the statement reads.
