Over 40 KCSE students at Dibuoro Secondary School In Siaya County were on Friday arrested over exam cheating. 

The students were nabbed with mobile phones that had been used to leak KCSE exam papers. 

The students alongside other nine people who were arrested are being held at Siaya police station.

They will record a statement after it was discovered they had a leakage of the Chemistry practical paper that was being done on Friday.

This comes days after Education CSProf George Magoha warned teachers and students against leakages.

"I want to warn that any teacher who feels they are is brave enough to open the second paper that we shall come for you like we did in Wajir," the CS warned.
