The message by Khalwale elated many Kenyans who asked why the former Senator is always having a candidate whenever exams results are being released.
The Kenya National Examinations Council registered a total of 1,225,507 candidates in 28,313 KCPE examination centres as compared to 1,191,752 candidates in 28,467 centres in 2020.
Of the total registered candidates, Only 1,214 candidates sat for the exam. Of the total 610,415 were boys While 603616 were girls.
Candidates can now access the results through an SMS platform.
Candidates can send their index number, followed by the initials KCPE (in capital letters) to 20076 in order to access the results.
Candidates should keep in mind that they should not put spacing between their index numbers and the initials KCPE.
The SMS platform will charge Ksh25 for each SMS sent for exam result inquiry.
The system is always clogged with so many requests and this may lead to delays in requesting answers.
