The body will lie-in-State for three days, from today Monday, 25th April to Wednesday, 27th April 2022.

"The funeral cortège of former President Emilio Mwai Kibaki drives through Nairobi roads from Lee Funeral Home to Parliament Buildings where the body will lie-in-State for three days, from today Monday, 25th April to Wednesday, 27th April 2022," a statement from State House Twitter reads. 


President Uhuru Kenyatta is expected to lead the nation in viewing the body at 10.00 AM alongside First Lady Margaret Kenyatta and other government officials.
