ODM leader Raila Odinga has taken a commanding lead against Deputy President William Ruto as far as Nairobi county is concerned, a survey by Trends for Insights Africa (TIFA) has revealed.
According to the Survey, the ODM leader enjoys the support of 50 percent of Nairobi residents against Ruto's 25.
Roots party presidential candidate George Wajckoyah enjoys the support of 7 percent of city residents.
The survey indicates that Raila's ratings have increased by 9 per cent while the DP has dropped by one percent.
The survey was conducted on June 20, 2022.
The method used in the survey is telephonic interviews. The duration of each call lasted 7 minutes. The number of call centre staff was 80.
A total of 632 respondents took part in the survey. The Tifa survey had a margin error of +or - 3.8.
The survey also indicates the Azimio Coalition is the most preferred alliance with 46 percent of respondents backing it.
Kenya Kwanza Alliance comes in second with 24 percent.
