Machakos Senator Boniface Mutinda Kabaka had passed on at Nairobi Hospital where he was admitted.
The Senator was last week on Friday rushed to the Nairobi Hospital ICU after collapsing at a Kilimani apartment.
Mr. Kabaka checked-in at the apartment on Elgeyo Marakwet Road on Thursday alongside a woman identified as Esther Muli.
While at the apartment, the Senator is reported to have complained about a severe headache and requested painkillers.
However, the pain persisted forcing the lady to seek help from the apartment management, who in turn called an ambulance.
