Economist David Ndii has been appointed as the Chairperson of the President's Council of Economic Advisors.
In the announcement made by outgoing Head of Public Service, Joseph Kinyua, on Friday, October 14, former Turkana Governor Josphat Nanok was appointed Deputy Chief of Staff.
"It is notified that His Excellency William Ruto has, on October 14, made various appointments to the senior ranks of the Executive Office of the President," part of the statement by Kinyua read in part.
former Agriculture Cabinet Secretary (CS) Felix Koskei will replace Kinyua as Head of Public Service and also act as Chief of Staff.
At the same time, Former Treasury Principal Secretary Kamau Thugge has been appointed Senior Advisor and Head of Fiscal Affairs and Budget Policy.
