Tiktoker Who Mimics Gachagua Begs for Sh10,900 to Clear Fee Arrears

Renowned social media sensation Waithira Zakana Kariuki best known as  KK Mwenyewe is in need of financial help to clear university fees.

Kariuki is famed for mimicking deputy president Rigathi Gachagua.

In an Instagram post, Kariuki shared his fee structure and stated that he had Sh10,900 pending arrears.

He says he has up to October 30, to clear the balance or risk differing his studies.

"Despite being a content creator and comedian I am also a student at Kisii University in my third year and right now, I’m facing fee challenges, and we’ve been pushed to the corner by the school administration," he wrote on Instagram.

"We either pay 100% of the fees by October 30, or we differ. In my case, my parents have nowhere to get this money, and I hereby ask any person of goodwill to help me contribute Ksh 10,900 so I can complete the fee to avoid deferment of my studies.”

Kariuki became an instant sensation after he began mimicking the second in command.

The content he produces has earned him 140,000 followers on Tiktok.

He puts on a false tummy and oversized apparel to somewhat match Gachagua's sense of style while producing the skis.

The post appealing for help saw a section of Kenyans acting to ask DP Gachagua to come to his aid.
