The CS claimed prices of goods were coming down ostensibly because of the effort of the Kenya Kwanza government.

Cabinet Secretary Moses Kuria has found himself under fire after he made a post on the X platform insinuating that the costs of some goods had dropped.  

The post shared by Kuria was of price tags of various commodities at a supermarket in Kenya which showed a cut on prices of the goods. 

In sharing the price tags of the goods, Moses Kuria said:

"It's coming Dooooown, Down Down Down."

The tags contained reduced prices of sugar, cooking oil, rice, and diapers.

The post attracted massive reactions from Kenyans who told him off saying the goods were simply on offer and not that the prices had dropped for good.
