MPs will take a short recess next week to take part in the shooting of the 'Jerusalema' dance challenge.

Legislators have been rehearsing their moves in readiness for the final shoot on Wednesday.

House Majority Leader Amos Kimunya said it was necessary for the legislators to be part of the movement calling for diversity in times of distress.

He stated that although rehearsals for the shoot have been going on, final rehearsals will happen on Monday and Tuesday.

The Bunge Jerusalema taskforce is co-chaired by Suba North MP Millie Odhiambo and her Dagoretti South counterpart, John Kiare (KJ).
