Former Machakos First Lady, Lilian Nganga on Friday, September 3, 2021, confirmed that she was in a relationship with rapper Juliani.
Speculations had been rife that the two were dating especially after Lilian announced separation with Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua.
In a joint statement posted on their social media platforms, the two asked critics to respect their decision.
"In this photo are two fully conscious adults who have chosen to be together.
"Any other narrative is false, outdated and ill-intentioned. Let's respect people' choices," reads the statement, posted on social media by the two.
On Thursday, Rapper Julius Owino popularly known as Juliani recorded a statement at the Kilimani Police Station over alleged death threats.
The musician claimed to have received threats on his life for allegedly posting and sharing photos of himself and the former Machakos County first lady.

Lillian Nganga on Sunday, August 15 2021 announced separation from Governor Alfred Mutua.
Through her Instagram Page, Nganga noted that she decided to end her long-term relationship with Governor Mutua two months ago.

"The only constant in life is change and we must be present and aware to appreciate and embrace it. Winds of change blew my way and two months ago, I decided to end the long term relationship with Dr Alfred Mutua. We had a good run and I am forever grateful to God he brought us together. We remain friends," part of her statement read.
