"We have more than 10 people. We have Dan Wanyama, Farah Maalim, Oscar Sudi and many other leaders who we are following up with for using language that can cause harm to the country," she stated.

"Investigations are currently underway and others have been completed. We have submitted them to DCI to make the next step which is to arrest and charge them," she stated.

The three leaders have been in the public limelight for various statements made during public rallies. For instance, Sudi came under sharp criticism for remarks he made regarding the 2027 elections.

On the other hand, MP Dan Wanjama was reported to NCIC by his Nyeri Town colleague for remarks termed as ethnic incitement.

"I have forwarded the clip to NCIC and I have also asked the committee of Parliament on National Integration and Equal Opportunity to actually write to you (Wanyama) to appear before that committee and we are going to make a recommendation that you lose your seat," Nyeri Town MP Duncan Mathenge stated.
