Senior Counsel Ahmednasir Abdullahi and COTU Secretary General Francis Atwoli this Thursday, December 30 engaged in a nasty exchange on Twitter over the Luhya nation declaration meeting set to be held in Bukhungu Stadium, in Kakamega.
The online drama began when Ahmednasir penned a tirade directed at Atwoli whom he accused of auctioning the Luhya community.
He went on to sarcastically state that the COTU boss, despite planning to action the Luhya community, had no license authorising him to do so.
"On 31st December Mzee Atwoli will conduct one of the biggest auction sales in the history of the Mulembe nation at the Bukhungu Stadium.
"Today when I checked with the Auctioneers License Board I found out that Mzee Atwoli isn't a licensed auctioneer under the Auctioneers Act," Ahmednasir tweeted.

The tweet got the attention of Atwoli who fired back labelling the Lawyer as the real auctioneer.
He went further and told Ahmedansir that the man he supports for the presidency, supposedly Deputy President William Ruto, is the chief auctioneer since he walks with wads of notes.
"You are so used to auctioning your client's illicit money, kept under client-lawyer confidentiality, that you think everyone is in the business of auction.
"If anything, the politician you support is the CHAIRMAN of all auctioneers as he walks with money in sacks. Luhyas are sober," Atwoli replied.
The exchange comes a day to the Bukhungu ll declaration.
The event, convened by COTU boss Francis Atwoli was, s expected to give the Luhya nation a political direction as the country heads to 2022 elections.
Atwoli is at the same time reportedly expected to endorse the ODM leader Raila Odinga for the President on behalf of the Luhya community.
The event will be held on Friday, December 31 at Bukhungu Stadium.
