Junet appeared to blame Deputy President William Ruto and Soy MP Caleb Kositany for the incident.
Deputy President was, however, not in the county at the time it happened. He was in Lamu campaigning.
Soy MP was present at the burial and had earlier spoken to the press and said all leaders are welcomed for the final send-off of the prominent farmer.
The incident happened a few hours after Raila was heckled in Iten, Elgeyo Marakwet county.
A group of rowdy youths interrupted his rally forcing him to end his campaign rally prematurely.
The group was chanting Ruto's name.
