The two accidents happen just a day after another tragic crash that left eight people dead at Ngata Bridge, Nakuru Town West Sub-County along Nakuru-Eldoret Highway.

Twenty others who were seriously injured in the accident involving two matatus and a truck were taken to the Rift Valley Provincial General Hospital and other hospitals in Nakuru City for treatment.

Police have attributed the increasing number of accidents to reckless driving, dangerous overtaking, drunk driving, drunk walking, drunk riding, and failure to use helmets among other issues.
