President William Ruto has waived the medical bill for fallen news anchor Catherine Kasavuli.
The deceased had been hospitalised at the Kenyatta National Hospital where he lost the battle with cervical cancer.

However, with the intervention of the president, the burden has been lessened for the family.
On Saturday, January 7, KBC's senior anchor Jacob Kioria confirmed Ruto's hand in offsetting the bill the late Kasavuli incurred while at the hospital.
