Defence Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale has called out ODM leader Raila Odinga for demanding talks akin to the 2007/2008 National Accord.
Speaking shortly after Raila said the bi-artisan approach may not yield much and therefore they are suggesting talks that mirror one led by Koffi Annan, Duale told off the opposition saying they won't succeed.
Duale Warned Raila that he will lose in his attempt to "bulldoze your way to power".
He claimed that his latest demand is a testament that the mass demonstrations held in the past two weeks were not motivated by the high cost of living but rather by greed for power.

"Your demos have nothing to do with the cost of living but a means to bulldoze your way to power. Trust me you will not succeed.," he said.
Duale went on to say the current situation facing Kenya does not mirror one of 2007/2008 to warrant talks Raila was demanding.
The CS said the latest suggestion by Raila is a testament that he is desperate for power.
"Raila is an exposed man desperate for power at whatever cost. How does he equate the current situation to the 2007/08 period and ask for power-sharing under a National Accord arrangement? Mr Odinga, you lost the election," Duale said.
