President William Ruto has made yet another set of appointments to government agencies.
In a gazette notice on Friday, Ruto has appointed Brigadier (Rtd) Richard Mbithi as the chairperson of the Board of Directors of the East African Portland Cement Company Limited.
He will serve for three years effective June 30, 2023.
The appointment saw Ruto revoke the appointment of Edwin Kinyua.
The President appointed Joseph Ntoeruaki to be the chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Plant Health Inspectorate Service.

Ntoeruaki will serve for a period of three years, with effect from June 30, 2023.
At the same time, Ruto has appointed Felicity Nkirote Biriri to be the chairperson of the Warehouse Receipt System Council.
Her appointment equally took effect on June 30 and she will serve for a period of three years.
The President further appointed members of the Board of Directors of Tana Water Works Development Agency.
Geoffrey Rukuja, Anthony Mwangi Githinji and Cate Wanjirah Mbogoh will serve the water agency from June 30, 2023, to July 4, 2025.
President Ruto at the same time revoked the appointments of Joseph Gichohi, Patrick Nyoike Njehia and Winnie Mwai via the same Gazette Notice.
