Azimio on Saturday announced it will hold protests this week Wednesday.
The government last week, ahead of Azimio protests on Wednesday, said the country will not allow protests again in the country.
President William Ruto said all the protests held had turned out to be chaotic with properties of unknown value destroyed.
"It is not going to be business as usual, and we are not going to [allow the use of] certain provisions of the constitution to cause mayhem, to cause anarchy, to destroy property, to destroy lives merely because we are hiding behind certain provisions of the constitution," Ruto announced.
"The same constitution mandates the government to protect lives, property, and interests of all other Kenyans," he added.
