The National Police Service now says Uasin Gishu Senator Jackson Mandago has gone missing.
In a statement, NPS revealed that they are in the process of executing the arrest warrant and appealed to Kenyans who are privy to his whereabouts to service them with the information.
NPS said the Senator's whereabouts are unknown since Tuesday further asking him to present himself to the nearest police station.
"The National Police Service is in the process of executing a Warrant of Arrest against Uasin Gishu Senator Hon. Jackson Mandago, who has gone underground since yesterday (Tuesday) and calls upon the Senator to present himself at the nearest police station," NPS stated.

"NPS further appeals to any member of the public with information about Senator Mandago's whereabouts to report to the nearest police station or report via our toll-free numbers 999, 112, 911 and the fichua Kwa DC."
A Nakuru court on Wednesday issued an arrest warrant against the Senator moments after the ODPP ordered he be placed in police custody pending arraignment.
The Senator has been implicated in the Finland and Canada Education Programme Scandal where millions contributed by Uasin Gishu's parents for their children's education have gone missing.
The senator despite pleading his innocence has maintained that he will work with the parents to ensure the funds are returned to them.
