The Office of the Director of Public Prosecution has ordered the arrest of Uasin Gishu Senator Jackson Mandago over his involvement in Finland and Canada Overseas Education Programme.
Sources told Nairobi Leo the arrest order was issued after the DPP was satisfied that the former governor had a case to answer.
Also wanted by the ODPP are Joseph Kipkemoi Maritim, Meshak Rono and Joshua Kipkemoi Lelei.
The arrest order comes after the Senator has been grilled by both the DCI and the EACC over his role in the saga that left parents and children crying for justice.
Mandago in a tweet on Wednesday said he is ready to be arrested adding that he has heard reports that the DCI officers have been on his trail.

He however said he met parents who paid their cash for the programme and they agreed on the way forward.
"There are rumours all over Eldoret Town that DCI Officers have been looking for me the whole night. As a law-abiding citizen, I am available once summoned. I have met with the leadership of parents and agreed on the way forward as per their press statement issued last evening," he said in a tweet.
The education programme saw parents contribute at least a million each to enable their children to go overseas for learning.
But it turned out that the money contributed to the programme was embezzled and those who wanted to travel abroad could not do so sparking uproar among parents.
Many of those who complained demanded a refund of their cash saying they were no longer interested with the education programme.
