Nandi Senator Samson Cherargei on Tuesday afternoon was kicked out of the Senate Assembly for violating the standing orders.
The Senator was numerous times called to order but he defied the Speaker's directive to take the seat during a special sitting.
"Take your seat I will handle your concern. Take Your seat Senator Cherargei. Kindly take your seat. I will handle that concern," the Speaker said numerous times even as the Senator declined.
It is not clear what the senator's concern was as he was protesting off the mic.
After numerous attempts, the Speaker was forced to direct the Senator to vacate the house.

"Senator Cheragei you are out of order kindly proceed to leave the chamber. The sergeant at arms escorts the member out of the chamber. I order you to leave the chamber for the remainder of today's session," Speaker Kingi directed.
The Senator however remained hellbent and seemingly declined to leave the house prompting the Speaker to order the use of force to kick out the Senator.
"Sergeant at Arms use the necessary force under standing order 126 to get the Senator out," Kingi ordered after which more sergeants were deployed forcing the Senator out of the house.
The Special sitting had been convened to deliberate on the establishment of the National Dialogue Committee.
