"I thank God for the opportunity to serve at the Daystar University Law School as Professor after a previous 25-year stint at UoN," Kibwana stated.
"Another New Beginning. I look forward to engaging in the Master of Laws Programme from January 2025.
Additionally, the former county boss expressed that he was excited about his new role at the university located along Ngong Road given that he will be engaging young minds.
"Where the youth are, I pray I will always be there," he added.
Kibwana served as the county boss of Makueni for two terms from 2013. In 2022, the lawyer did not vie for any political seat but campaigned for former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.
However, after the polls, he fell out with leaders within the Azimio coalition over the presidential petition.
Shortly after, he was shortlisted for the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) chairperson job. President William Ruto picked former CITAM bishop David Oginde instead.
