Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka has claimed that the government has created a command outside the confines of the constitution to undertake illegal activities such as abductions.

Speaking during a press conference on Wednesday, January 15, Kalonzo revealed that they had established that the abductors were headquartered at a building in Ruaraka.

Kalonzo noted that the actions of the regime were unlawful, further claiming that Ruto was in command of the abduction ring.

In backing his claim, the Wiper leader cited the statement made by Public Service CS Justin Muturi - whose son was abducted during the Gen Z protests.

According to Muturi, his son was held by the NIS and released after Ruto made a call to NIS DG Noordin Haji.

"The Kenya Kwanza regime has established command and control structures outside of the constitution of Kenya, carrying out illegal and criminal activities against Kenyans," he claimed.

"We have since established that the headquarters of these abductors is near Ruaraka."

On the other hand, he called for the resignation of Ruto should the government fail to put an end to the abductions.

He also thanked Kenyans who had already written to the ICC over the abductions and the abuse of human rights in the country.

"If Ruto refuses to respect and enforce Kenya's constitution and laws, the solution is straightforward. He should resign."
