KUCCPS called on applicants who were not successful in the last opening to reapply for KMTC courses.

The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has announced the re-opening of its portal for the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) applications.

In a statement on Wednesday, February 26, KUCCPS said it seeking to fill 21 KMTC courses that still have slots ahead of the March 2025 intake.

The service pointed out that the online portal will be closed on March 4, 2025.

“KUCCPS has re-opened the online application portal seeking to fill 21 KMTC courses that still have slots for the March 2025 Intake. The portal will remain open until March 4, 2025,” read the statement in part.

KUCCPS called on applicants who were not successful in the previous opening to apply for the KMTC courses again.

“All applicants who were not successful in the last application and others who would like to join KMTC in March 2025 are invited to apply. The application portal is accessible via this link: https://students.kuccps.net,” KUCCPS added.

The service previously opened the portal on January 24, 2025, and closed it on February 14, 2025.

KUCCPS CEO Agnes Wahome in a statement, announced that form Four leavers who sat the KCSE examination from the year 2000 to 2024 were eligible to apply for the slots.

Wahome also mentioned that candidates who will re-sit their KCSE examination this year will have an opportunity to apply for the KMTC programs using their improved grades in the September intake.
