Deputy President William Ruto has stated that there is no urgency in the review of the constitution.
Speaking in Narok County on Wednesday, DP Ruto said the challenge facing Kenya was the millions of unemployed youth and modifying the Kenyan economy.
“We do not have a problem with the review of the constitution. But it should be heavy on wealth and jobs creation for the ordinary people.
“There are no gains in dividing Kenyans on matters of constitution. By doing this, we will attain a win-win situation and a non-contested referendum,” DP Ruto said.
The DP spoke as he led various empowerment programmes in Narok County.
