According to the police, the vehicle, a Suzuki Wagon, involved in the accident had four occupants, namely Dionisious Njau Githinji, Naomi Wambui and two others unknown.
The trailer was en route to the Membley roundabout coming from Kahawa West when the small car rammed into the rear of the trailer.
Police said that due to the impact of the collision, all four occupants of the Suzuki Wagon died on the spot.
The bodies were booked into Thika's General Kago Mortuary ahead of the identification and post mortem.
