The Office of the Auditor-General (OAG) has announced 195 job vacancies in various departments.
In an advertisement on Tuesday, September 30, OAG invited qualified and interested candidates to apply for the positions.
“Pursuant to Article 252 (1) (c) of the Constitution, the Office seeks to recruit qualified and competent staff to fill the following positions,” the notice read in part.
The vacancies in OAG include: Deputy Auditor General (2), Principal Legal Officer (1), Principal Communications Officer (1), Principal Internal Auditor (2), Senior Internal Auditor (4), and Audit Associate II (150).
Other positions are: Finance Officer II (6), ICT Officer II -Security (3), Communications Officer II (1), Drivers (15), and Office Assistant (10).

Interested candidates are required to visit www.oagkenya.go.ke careers section for more detailed job descriptions.
Applications must be submitted via the provided email address. Physical applications will not be accepted.
Applicants must attach a duly completed application form clearly indicating the position applied for, full name, National ID number, telephone number, alternate contact number, email address, and any other required details.
They should also attach copies of academic and professional certificates, a curriculum vitae (CV), and relevant testimonials.
Successful candidates will be required to provide Clearance certificates from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), Credit Reference Bureau (CRB), Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) and Higher Education Loans Board (HELB).
Further, the OAG warned applicants against providing false information or fake documents in their job applications.
“It is a criminal offence to provide false information and/or fake documents in job applications. The Office shall take appropriate action on any applicant who shall be found to have presented false information and/or fake documents,” OAG warned.
The deadline for the job applications is October 15, 2025.
