Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital (KUTRRH) has announced a fresh round of job opportunities.
In a notice on Tuesday, November 18, the hospital invited qualified Kenyans to apply for 68 contract and permanent positions.
KUTRRH is recruiting for Deputy Director, Human Resource Management and Development (1), Deputy Director, Administration (1), and Assistant Director, Security Services (1).
Specialist clinical roles feature prominently, with Senior Medical Specialist - Gastroenterology (1), Senior Medical Specialist - Haemato-oncology (1), Medical Specialist - Clinical Oncology (1), Medical Specialist - Radiation Oncology (1), Medical Specialist - Nuclear Medicine (1), and Medical Specialist - Pediatric Surgery (1).
In administration and finance, the hospital is offering opportunities, including Principal Partnership and Resource Mobilization Officer (1), Principal Accountant - Credit Control (1), Senior Administrative Officer (1), Senior Office Administrator (1), and Senior Counsellor (1).
Additional medical roles available include Medical Officer (1) and Clinical Psychologist II (2).
Other advertised positions span nutrition, research and a wide range of nursing specialties, including Nutrition & Dietetics Officer II (2), Research Officer II (1), and several nursing roles such as Registered Nurse II - Critical Care (3), Registered Nurse II - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (1), Registered Nurse II - Palliative Nursing (2), Registered Nurse II - Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (3), Registered Nurse II - Pediatric Nursing (1), Registered Nurse II - Oncology Nursing (2), Registered Nurse II - Pediatric Oncology Nursing (1), Registered Nurse II - Cath-Lab Nursing (1), and Registered Nurse III - General Nursing (13).
Technical and support positions have also been advertised, including Assistant Radiographer II (2), Health Records Information Assistant III (6), Assistant Physiotherapist II (3), Nuclear Medicine Technologist III (2), Pharmaceutical Technologist III (3), Laboratory Technologist III (3), Radiation Therapy Technologist III (4), Theatre Technician III (4), Mortician III (1), and Emergency Medical Technician III (1).

Each application must clearly indicate the title of the position and the corresponding job reference number.
The hospital has set Tuesday, December 9, as the deadline for all applications. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
KUTRRH noted that it does not charge any fee at any stage of the recruitment process and warned that canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
Additionally, shortlisted applicants will also be required to provide compliance certificates as outlined under Chapter Six of the Constitution, including clearances from EACC, DCI, KRA, HELB, and CRB, among others.
