Nyoro slammed DCP Leader Rigathi Gachagua for allowing his lieutenants to attack him and soil his name in Mount Kenya.
Kiharu Member of Parliament (MP) Ndindi Nyoro has slammed leaders affiliated with the DCP Party over an alleged mud-slinging campaign mounted against him.
Speaking on Thursday, October 22, Nyoro claimed that the DCP leaders have been going on vernacular radio and TV stations to tarnish his name by calling him President William Ruto's mole and project.
Nyoro maintained that his intentions in the Opposition were genuine and that he was committed to ensuring that Ruto is not re-elected in 2027.
He slammed DCP Leader Rigathi Gachagua for allowing his lieutenants to attack him and soil his name and that of the People's Party of Kenya (PPK) in the Mount Kenya Region.
"If the PPK chairman were to insult someone during an interview once, that could be taken as his own opinion, but if it happens repeatedly, then that becomes the opinion of the party, and by extension, of the party leader. Let us stop behind others.

"Rigathi Gachagua, you know I respect you. How is it that the party resources are being used to attack me? Because I know that there is even a duty roster on who will go to which show to speak about Ndindi Nyoro," the MP posed.
The PPK Party Leader reiterated that he will not keep mum and watch the leaders drag his name in the mud. He warned that he would respond by unveiling painful truths about some of the leaders who attack him.
He argued that the attempts to attack him were a waste of time, as Ruto, not him, was the enemy being fought.
Nyoro reiterated his commitment to the United Opposition and promised to fully support whoever will be settled on as the flagbearer.
"They even have sell groups to attack Ndindi Nyoro. The other day, they sent an aspirant to say that I have Kenya Power shares. When he was asked, he questioned whether shares meant tokens. Does it help the Opposition or Ruto?
"The sooner you realise you are wasting time, the better. If Kenyans decide that it is someone else, I will support the,. I they settle on Ndindi Nyoro, then I will also need your votes," he stated.
Earlier, he warned Naivasha MP Jayne Kihara to desist from mentioning his name when referring to moles in the Opposition. He added that while he respected her because of her advanced age, he will not tolerate the soiling of his reputation.
