This comes just two days since Wiper Democratic Movement officially exited NASA after the move was ratified by its National Executive Commission.
Musalia Mudavadi's Amani National Coalition had earlier expressed interest in leaving the NASA coalition but has not made the move official.
ANC and Wiper are two of the four constituent parties that make up the One Kenya Alliance which also features KANU and Ford Kenya.
ODM's move will now leave NASA a mere shell as the party contributed the largest number of elected members in the coalition.
The coalition's troubles date back to January 2018 when Raila Odinga was sworn in as the people's president in a mock presidential swearing-in ceremony at Uhuru Park.
None of his co-principals in the NASA coalition was present at the event.
In-house squabbles among the NASA constituent parties over the political parties' funds which threatened to split the coalition before were solved on Monday after ODM agreed to give the affiliate parties Ksh 152 million.
Wiper got Sh70.4 million for the three financial years 2017-2020 with ANC getting Sh43.8 million. Ford Kenya received Sh36 million while Chama Cha Mashinani took home Sh3 million.
