Exiled lawyer Miguna Miguna has commended Deputy President William Ruto for his hard-hitting speech at UDA NDC on Tuesday.
DP Ruto hit out at President Uhuru Kenyatta terming his second term a waste.
"Those who remained loyal to our founding vision within Jubilee were shunned, hounded, threatened and then persecuted. This is how we lost four years that would have gifted the brilliant blossoming of a beautiful dream which inspired millions of Kenyans in 2013," he said.

"On out first day we will free the DCI, we will free the KRA from the state capture, they have weaponised DCI, KRA and the EACC to run political errands," Mr. Ruto said as his supporters cheered him on.
"We will professionalize the DCI's office for them to discharge their constitutional and legal duty," Dr. Ruto affirmed.
The DP added," UDA is a party for every Kenyan, from every walk of life. Here, you won't be asked about the name of your father.

Responding to the speech, Miguna said that DP Ruto was echoing his message since 1987.
"We will not surrender to tyranny. We will not bow to anyone. We will not worship anyone. Kenya does not belong to anyone. Kenya belongs to all of us. We will liberate Kenya. Wonderful to see William Ruto and his team echo my message since 1987. Bravo," Miguna stated.
Deputy President William Ruto was endorsed to be the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) presidential candidate.
