President Uhuru Kenyatta has landed at Othaya Boys High School grounds ahead of late former President Mwai Kibaki's last funeral service.
The Head of State touched down at the venue some minutes before 10:00 AM and was welcomed by Defence CS Eugene Wamalwa and Nyeri Town MP Ngunjiri Wambugu.
Four minutes into Uhuru's arrival, DP William Ruto's chopper also landed at the same ground.
Ruto was accompanied by his wife Rachael Ruto and Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro. Raila Odinga's chopper also made its way to Othaya after Ruto and his team had arrived. The former premier was accompanied by his wife Ida Odinga.

However, it was rather a protocol broken after Uhuru Kenyatta arrived first before his Deputy William Ruto and ODM boss Raila Odinga.
Nevertheless, the three leaders were held up at Othaya boys grounds for some minutes as they waited for the arrival of Mwai Kibaki's body.
Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka who arrived minutes later, however, didn't land at Othaya Boys as his colleagues.
His chopper was instead directed to a nearby ground after the ground was sealed off following Uhuru's arrival.
The Wiper boss eventually arrived at Othaya boys by road and joined Uhuru together with the rest of the leaders.
The four are expected to leave Othaya Boys grounds in order of their seniority after Mwai Kibaki's body has arrived at the service venue.
