ODM leader Raila Odinga has hinted at picking the Narc Kenya leader Martha Karua as his running mate.
Speaking in Laikipia County on Monday where he had pitched a tent, Raila recounted his political history with Karua.
He noted that Karua is like a sister to him having contributed immensely to the struggle for multiparty democracy together.
During his address, the ODM leader responded to calls that had asked him to pick Karua as his running mate.
Raila appeared to answer in the affirmative but said he will provide a definite answer at a later time.

"Tumetoka mbali na Martha Karua. Mmeniuliza swali kuhusu huyu dadangu, nitawapatia majibu baadaye lakini nimesikia vile mmesema," Raila said.
The remarks come even as the Azimio panel is set to vet potential candidates for the seat.
The potential running mates will be meeting the panel between 4th and 10th May 2022.
"Following the formation of The Azimio La Umoja – One Kenya Coalition Running Mate Selection Panel, we wish to inform Kenyans that the process of vetting and eventual selection of the most qualified candidate has commenced.
"Rt. Hon Raila Odinga is giving this process mandated by the coalition's supreme body the seriousness it deserves. All the eminent Kenyans being considered for this important position of service to Kenyans will be meeting the selection panel on various days between 4th and 10th," part of the statement by Elizabeth Meyo, who is the secretary of the panel.
Members of the panel include; Bishop Peter Njenga, Archbishop Zacchaeus Okoth, Senator Enock Wambua, Michael Orwa, Dr. Noah Wekesa, Sheikh Mohamed Khalifa, and Beatrice Moen.
