The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has published the final voter register.
The voter register shows the regions and counties with the bulk of voters ahead of the August 9 polls.
Nairobi and Kiambu counties account for the largest population of the 22,120,458, registered voters.

In terms of regions, Mt. Kenya counties lead with the highest numbers of voters.
The counties, in the 2017 election, voted as a block and overwhelmingly for President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto,
The ten counties in Mt Kenya account for 5.77 million votes. The counties include; Nakuru, Tharaka Nithi, Kiambu, Murang'a, Nyeri, Laikipia, Nyandaru, Embu, Meru and Kirinyaga.
The Western region which includes five counties accounts for 2.61 million voters. The counties are Kakamega, Bungoma, Vihiga, Busia, and Trans Nzoia.
The Nyanza region accounts for 3.12 million votes. The counties include Siaya, Kisumu, Homa Bay, Migori, Kisii, and Nyamira.
The Coast region accounts for 1.96 Million votes while the Ukambani region 1.96.
Six counties from the North and South region account for 2.2 million voters. They include Uasin Gishu, Nandi, Bomet, Elgeyo Marakwet, Baringo and Kericho.
