Suna East MP Junet Mohamed has dismissed an audio doing rounds on social media linking him to election rigging.
The audio was shared by Kimilili MP Didmus Barasa on social media claiming that Junet was planning to rig the forthcoming polls with a section of IEBC officials.

The Legislator urged the public to ignore the clip stating that it was a desperate move by their opponents since they were losing this election.
"A manipulated social media voice recording doing rounds on social media purporting to capture Hon. Junet Mohamed as speaking to an IEBC official is fake.

"I urge the public to ignore the video, which appears to be one of the last desperate acts of a dying political campaign that has been based on years of lies, innuendoes, mudslinging., arrogance, chest-thumping, name-calling, insults, and now- waking up to the reality of a lost election- is on a sympathy seeking spree," part of the statement read.
The MP urged investigative agencies to move with speed to arrest the perpetrators of the fake video.
