It is while taking a walk at the NYS premises that the officer was filmed crouching to wipe the shoes of the CS.
In the video, the CS is heard asking a senior NYS officer whether they accept a tip, an indicator that he wanted to reward the youth with a small token.
The senior officer however said they don't accept tips. During the conversation, the NYS officer was still wiping the CS's shoes.
Upon the completion, the CS shook hands with the NYS officer and held a brief conversation, seemingly to thank him.
The NYS officer then gave a salute and walked away as the CS continued with the walk alongside senior NYS officers.
The Video however has sparked a massive debate on social media.
