Narok Governor Patrick Ole Ntutu’s son Jordan Santayia Ntutu on Saturday tied the knot with his wife Abigael Soila Moriaso.

The colourful ceremony, held in Narok County, drew high-profile guests, including President William Ruto, Defence CS Soipan Tuya, and Health CS Aden Duale.

Other prominent figures who attended the wedding were Kajiado Governor Joseph Ole Lenku, Narok Senator Ledama Olekina, former Narok Governor Samuel Ole Tunai, Emurua Dikirr MP Johana Ngeno and Kajiado Deputy Governor Martin Moshisho.

Abigael is the daughter of the former Chairman of Narok County Council, Solomon Moriaso.

During the wedding, the groom wore a white tuxedo jacket with black trousers and a white shirt. Jordan later changed to the traditional Maasai attire adorned with bead decorations during the reception.

The bride, on the other hand, donned a white gown complemented by Maasai beadwork around her neck.

The other guests wore a mix of traditional and modern outfits during the wedding.

In a statement after the wedding, Governor Ntuntu wished his son a happy union as he began his marriage journey with his wife.

“To my dearest son Jordan Santayia Ntutu and his wonderful wife Abigael Soila Moriaso. Today, my heart is overflowing with immense pride and joy as I celebrate your beautiful union.

“Seeing the love you share is the greatest gift a parent could ask for. I wish you both a marriage that is a sanctuary of peace, a source of endless happiness, and a partnership built on mutual respect and unbreakable trust. May your love grow stronger with every passing year,” he stated.

CS Duale, on his part, congratulated Jordan and Abigael and emphasised the importance of love and understanding in nurturing a successful marriage.

“I congratulated the newlyweds and underscored the power of love and understanding in building a peaceful home,” he stated.

This comes weeks after Trans Nzoia Senator Allan Chesang married his longtime lover, Chanelle Kittony.

The ceremony held in Kitale, Trans Nzoia County, brought together senior government officials and politicians, including National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetang’ula, Cooperatives Cabinet Secretary Wycliffe Oparanya, former Health CS Susan Nakhumicha, Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi, Nandi Senator Samson Cherargei, Treasury PS Chris Kiptto, and PS Belio Kipsang.

During the ceremony, Senator Chesang donned a cream shirt and trousers paired with a shimmering purple vest and a fedora hat.

Chanelle, on the other hand, was dressed in a stunning light purple gown adorned with floral appliqués.
