Comedian Nicky Bigfish has been ordered to vacate his Kilimani house after he a video of him making fun of caretakers and landlords went viral.

Taking to social media, the celebrity shared a copy of the eviction notice which indicated that he had been given 30 days to vacate the apartment.

He expressed his dissatisfaction and shock at getting the eviction notice, noting that the said video was nothing but a prank.

"I’ve just received this letter, yenyewe Khaligraph ali sema ukweli,”kukua msanii Kenya ni kujitolea “," he said.

The management claimed that the video b Nick was meant to incite tenants and make them look down on agents that manage the apartments, and thus portrays them in bad light.

"Our view is that this video which is in bad taste is aimed at inciting other tenants in the estate to delay or look down on our agents. Kindly vacate our premises after the stated days and leave everything as you found them," the notice read.

Management further indicated that Ksh40,000 would be deducted from his rent deposit to carter for repainting the house.

He further shared a screenshot from his conversation with the house owner, who also insisted that he vacate the premises.

Nick explained to him that the video is just a prank, along with the several others that have earned him a living over the years.

"Kula ujeuri yako. Unafaa uheshimu mahali unalala. Prank fanyia kwa kiwanja si kwa nyumba yangu.

"Unaleta prank kwa biashara ya watu. Nonsene," the house manager replied according to the screenshot.
