A police officer is under investigation for allegedly firing a teargas canister at a hotel where his alleged lover was spending good moments with another man.
The first incident happened after the officer wanted to access Oliza's hotel where he had gathered intelligence that the lover had booked with another man.
While trying to access the hotel, the police officer is said to have been blocked by a watchman occasioning an argument.
The guards forced her out of the premises and in a show of anger, the police officer fired a teargas canister at the joint and left.
The officer was aboard a motorcycle whose registration number was not visible.

The officer is then said to have proceeded to another entertainment joint along Kisumu-Nairobi Highway in Nyamasaria where he lobbed another teargas canister.
The mob around the area attacked him and managed to put him under arrest.
According to a police report, the incident was reported around 3 am on Monday
He sustained multiple injuries and was rushed to Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital for treatment and is currently in fair condition.
