ICT Cabinet Secretary Eliud Owalo and Interior Principal Secretary Raymond Omollo shared a platform with a host of Azimio La Umoja politicians in Siaya on Saturday, February 3.
They were attending the burial of Caesar Handa, a former Gor Mahia player.
Disagreements started when area MP Gideon Ochanda asked the CS and PS to speak last by virtue of being national government officials.
The first to object to the arrangement was Alego Usonga MP Sam Atandi.
"Ochanda has done a big blunder. You can't say Owalo will speak last yet he is not elected," he said.

Moments later, Rarieda's MP rubbished the arrangement arguing that Governor James Orengo was the most senior in the event and thus the CS and PS would be his surbodinates at that point.
"I wrote the constitution we have two levels of government. One is headed by the president and the second by the governor. For that reason when we hold a function in Siaya, the most senior person is the governor by the constitution," roared Otiende.
All the while, Owalo and Omollo watched while pensively seated.
Taking the stage, Governor Orengo told the duo off over what he suggested were their bureaucratic ways.
The county boss reminded them that President William Ruto could be thinking low of them when they were under the illusion of being powerful in the president's circle.
"Raymond and the team, I know Ruto more than you know him. He knows when you are just part of the choir. You are just part of the choir. Some of them are not fitting even to be in the National Assembly," he said.
