Former Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho has sparked mixed reactions after sharing a short video showing a fleet of high-end vehicles in his convoy.

The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Deputy Party Leader stepped out in the expensive fleet during the Eid Fitr prayers and celebrations.

Joho was driven in a white Mercedes Benz G Wagon to join other Muslim leaders from Mombasa and other worshippers. The machine is powered by a handcrafted AMG 4.0 litre V8 bi-turbo engine.

The white G Wagon oozes power and class with the engine capable of generating 577 horsepower making it capable of handling all terrains.

Part of his convey that ruled the highways in Mombasa included another black G Wagon and Bentley Mulsanne



After prayers, Joho went back riding in a black G Wagon.

His show of opulence left some people admiring his lifestyle with some wishing to live such kind of life.



Other social media users noted that Joho was living large for making the right choices in life.



However others advised the former Governor to avoid flaunting his wealth as it will derail his efforts of occupying the country's highest office.


A section of social media users wished Joho well in his quest to become ODM leader indicating that he helped most families during Ramadhan period.



Other than the praises, some asked Joho to explain how he managed Mombasa for the two terms he held the Governor's seat.
