Meru MCAs impeached Governor Mwangaza on Wednesday, December 14.
All the 67 ward representatives who were present voted to remove her over abuse of office claims and gross violation of the Constitution.
This came barely a month after the High Court saved her from the first impeachment on grounds that the MCAs did not follow the correct procedure.
Mwangaza, who won the election on an Independent ticket, was the first woman in Meru County to be elected governor.
