City Lawyer Donald Kipkorir has denied representing Lesedi Developer founder and director Geoffrey Kiragu.
In a tweet on Wednesday, the lawyer said even though Kiragu called him to discuss modalities of working together, they have not met or struck a deal to be his lawyer on the matter.
"I am informed that on his Social Media feeds, Geoffrey Kiragu of Lesedi Developers alleges I am his lawyer. I’ve no issue representing any client on instructions and if the matter passes my ethical test. But though Mr Kiragu called me, didn’t instruct me and we haven’t met," he tweeted.
Lesedi Developers founder has recently been on the spot for allegedly swindling hundreds of investors their hard money through ghost lands they claimed to be selling.
